Our community manager is the good soul of the house and looks after the numerous community events, helps you with questions and problems concerning your apartment and much more - in short, our multi-talent.

Facility Manager
Your Facility Manager Jörg is responsible for building services like heating, water, electricity, door systems and more. During the opening hours he will be in the facility and will be there for you.
If you need help or if you have any concerns, just come over to the i Live-Office, call him or text him via the i Live-App. He will be happy to help you.

We celebrate life in all its facets and phases. Our Community Manager regularly organizes great events for all the residents. For example, welcoming new tenants with a Welcome Party, sharing the thrills of the Super Bowl or enjoying Chrismas time with a nice Christmas Party!

No time for cleaning? How about having your apartment cleaned by our cleaning service.
Simply announce the cleaning via i Live-app or directly tell our community manager, and we will arrange an appointment with our cleaning service.
Live together, learn together and enjoy life – we want your time at i Live to be unforgettable, therefore we developed an App which makes it even easier to connect in the community and to use our services.

We are family. And everyone is welcome! Learning, chilling and enjoying the sun - that's much more fun together. Therefore, you can find many great community areas in the Urban Living Berlin, which you can use with the other tenants: A lounge, a beach volleyball field, a cool roof terrace and more.
In the community room you can cook together, organize movie nights or have a table soccer match.

Urban Beekeeping
Visit our beehive and watch how the bee population develops. Be there when honey is harvested and learn more about those unique animals. In summer you can watch the beekeeper do his work every two week. You will receive more information on that from the community manager.
Special Trabi Grill & Bar
Fancy a cool special BBQ and a tasty drink? Our old Trabi has been converted and offers you a grill under the engine hood and a super cool bar in the trunk. Perfect for a relaxed BBQ with the community.

We offer accommodation not only for you, but also for your bike.
Next to the building we have numerous bicycle parking spaces to keep your bike safe.
